The Provincial Government of Zaragoza two years ago signed a collaboration agreement with Telefonica Moviles Spain to extend mobile coverage to areas of the province that lacked this service or where the quality was not good.
Investment to expand coverage of around 7.5 million euros in the province. To access this service, local authorities must give a small plot of land between 10 and 15 square meters and facilitate the use of a municipal infrastructure in which to install a repeater and that has an electrical connection.
To date, the coverage has reached or will soon reach a total of 112 municipalities in the province of Zaragoza. Among the works carried out pending because it lacks any concrete detail (location, electrical connection) include the municipality of Alarba.
Although recently there has been an increase in coverage, we hope that these works are not pending on forever and we can soon enjoy 100% coverage.

PIQUERAS AND ALL THE VIRGIN WARRIOR Semon 2008
There are many Alarba Piqueras whose origin is found scattered throughout the Spanish geography. Guerrero most have remained close, even a majority in Alarba.
Piqueras A group want to meet and strengthen our origins. We are organizing a group of all Piqueras and whose origin is Alarba Guerrero for the next day May 18 at the Shrine of Our Lady of Semon (everyone knows or should know that the third Sunday in May is the town of Alarba which celebrates the feast of Our Lady of Semon), and what better time to get together and recall memories of the elderly and young people know Piqueras.
For this reason, we have compiled a commemorative medal to be blessed and given away to those who come to the shrine. The front has the image of the Virgin and the reverse the inscription: VIRGIN WARRIOR PIQUERAS Alarba Semon
